Our mission is simple – rebuild our US economy by connecting the dots for veterans and families before they are discharged from active service until they are reintegrated back into society as a productive family with stability, financial security, and an affordable home.
Craig served in the US Army during and after Viet Nam with the 82nd Airborne Division and the 11th Special Forces Group. He sustained serious injuries during airborne operations and is classified as a service connected disabled veteran. He has experienced first-hand the vagrancies of military injury mis-classifications and subsequent VA medical handling. He is married with three children and lives in Cold Spring Harbor, NY. His offices are in Huntington, NY.
Kimberley Barreda, Whitefish MT, Lifestyle Program Director, started with Vets-Help in 2008. She was an invited delegate to the Community Leaders Conference at the White House specifically to the Small Business Administration segment discussing disabled access to SBA programs, established the Treasure Island FL office, the adaptive sports program and the Community Access Trailer Program.
Jeffrey Tenenbaum chairs Venable's Nonprofit Organizations Practice Group. He is one of the nation's leading nonprofit attorneys, and also is a highly accomplished author, lecturer, and commentator on nonprofit legal matters. Based in the firm's Washington, DC office, Mr. Tenenbaum counsels his clients on the broad array of legal issues affecting charities, foundations, trade and professional associations, think tanks, advocacy groups, and other nonprofit organizations, and regularly represents clients before Congress, federal and state regulatory agencies, and in connection with governmental investigations, enforcement actions, litigation, and in dealing with the media. He also has served as an expert witness in several court cases on nonprofit legal issues.
